Mission

Go into every person's world and make disciples!

Vision

We plan to accomplish our mission by being Spirit led in our mission outreaches, by making ministry available to the whole family and by creating an atmosphere of praise and worship which will enable the people of God to experience the manifested presence of God; by providing conviction, challenging, edifying and educational preaching and teaching; and by fulfilling our God-given responsibility to care for every church member.

  1. We believe that there is One God revealed as Father, Son and Holy Spirit ultimately and eternally manifest and visible in the person of Jesus Christ and to love Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength is the greatest of all commandments. Scriptures: Mark 12:28-33; Colossians 1:15; I Timothy 3:16
  2. We believe the Bible was inspired by God and is our supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. Scriptures: II Peter 1:20-21; II Timothy 3:16-17
  3. We believe that all persons are sinners by nature and by choice and that God freely offers salvation to all who obey the gospel. Scriptures: Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; II Thessalonians 1:8-9
  4. We believe that the three-fold cord of apostolic preaching consisted of repentance, water baptism, and the receiving of the gift of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues. Scriptures: Acts 2:37-39; Acts 8:5, 12, 14, 16-17; Acts 10:44-48; Acts 19:1-6
  5. We believe that the Church is alive and well, that the book of Acts is still being written, and that Jesus Christ is still the same yesterday, today and forever. Scriptures: Matthew 16:18; Hebrews 13:8
  6. We believe that each and every individual is responsible to God for their own practices of faith and matters of conscience while at the same time respecting the same of their brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus though perhaps differing from our own. Scriptures: Philippians 2:12; Romans 14:1 (The Living Bible)

Pastors Robert and Naomi Jirele

Pastors Robert and Naomi Jirele first walked through the doors of Christian Family Church South as a young couple with young children back in the fall of 1985. They got involved in almost every aspect of ministry as their children were growing up in the church; this proved to be rich training ground for ministry. Now they serve as Young Adult and Worship Pastors.

Both pastors Robert and Naomi have completed various schools of ministry, leadership training seminars, and ministry conferences. Naomi has an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Robert has been a fabrication technician for 25 years. After receiving the call of God on their lives, they were ordained for ministry in June of 2006.

The most fulfilling aspect of their lives is their six children: Nicole, Caitlin, Christopher, Ryan, Jared, and Jacob. Their belief is that their love for God expressed in and through their family is a light to all of whom they come in contact.
